The Peace of God!
Worry is very unreasonable and illogical because most of the time we worry about things that God will normally take care of in the future. We must fix our eyes on things that are eternal and not temporary. It becomes a big problem if we worry about things we cannot change. Worrying about a situation doesn’t mean that we are in control of it. Worrying creates the problem bigger than it actually is. Human beings are the only creatures on earth that worry, no other creature worries. Once you dwell in worry, you bring issues such as stress and depression in your life which will affect the functionality of your mind. We need to take time and unlearn the process of worrying. Once we look up to Jesus for help, we will begin to relax and stop worrying about the basic things. Worrying will remove the strength from your body and steal your joy.
A heart that is at peace will bring joy and strength to the body. Whenever we worry, we forget how good God is in our lives. If we trust Jesus with eternity, we can definitely trust him in the small things. God will meet all your needs according to his riches in Christ Jesus. Our Heavenly Father knows what we need and when we need it. There is no condemnation to those who believe in the blood of Jesus, it brings peace that the world cannot take away. You are better of having the peace of God in the den of lions than having no peace in the world. The peace of the world cannot sustain you like the peace of God. May you have the peace of God even in this pandemic. The peace of God is a remedy to your problems, it will sustain you. The starting point is by adopting a humble attitude before God because He knows everything we need. We need to humble ourselves and know that he is God. God can get you out of any mess. Trust God with everything you have.
Don’t worry about tomorrow before you master today. We find peace in the presence of the Lord. Fear is something that can cause us to respond inappropriately to situations in our lives, we can only overcome that by fixing our eyes on Jesus. God’s timeless word has got the antidote to keep us calm in tough times. He will not leave your nor forsake you. Your thoughts must be fixed on God, to keep the peace of God. God has overcome the world, there is nothing in the world that can be bigger than him. When things get tough in your life, that is the time to quote scriptures that will bring life in your spirit. Let your heart not be troubled, don’t be like a troubled sea that cannot rest. The peace of God keeps the mind by rightly balancing it. The heart and mind must be kept sane. The power of the word of God can realign you so that you can live a fruitful life without any fear.
