Focus on the present: Focus on what God is doing for you right now.
Keep perspective: Ask yourself what the worst thing can happen.
Separate yourself from things you cannot control: Identify what is beyond your control and do let it stress you.
Learn to prioritise: Push away things that are not important to you right now.
Be Flexible: Enable yourself to be flexible in your methods to ensure you don’t stress yourself.
Commit yourself to fight uncertainty in your life: What is not certain for you, ensure that you work on it now.
Connect yourself to a bigger purpose: Identify and connect yourself to something that is bigger than you. Don’t just sit and feel sorry for yourself.
Take care of yourself: Begin to do things that benefit you such as exercising.
Don’t underestimate your coping capabilities: God has given you the ability to cope with what is going on right now.
